采用双波长分光光度法同时测定玉米和玉米微孔淀粉中直链和支链淀粉的含量。由直链淀粉-碘、支链淀粉-碘复合物的吸收光谱,确定直链和支链淀粉的最大波长分别为607、534nm,选取参比波长分别为433、729nm,将样品的吸光度差值代入回归方程,可求出样品中直链和支链淀粉的含量。通过测定玉米淀粉的直链、支链含量,以期为微孔淀粉的致孔机理研究提供理论参考。
Simultaneous determination of linear and amylopectin in corn and corn micropowders by dual wavelength spectrophotometry.
