ULC-BH板中有利织构的充分发展依然取决于再结晶退火前铁素体中间隙原子的去除,而BH性的获得则依赖于高温退火致使二相粒子部分溶解并经快速冷却。两者的控制原理和工艺控制达到和谐的统一,从而生产工艺得到优化。
The full development of the favorable texture in the ULC-BH plate still depends on the removal of interstitial atoms in the ferrite prior to recrystallization annealing, whereas the BH property relies on the high temperature annealing to cause the two-phase particles to partially dissolve and to be rapidly cooled. Both the control principle and process control to achieve a harmonious unity, so that the production process has been optimized.
