目的总结砷暴露在人群产生的社会心理效应的研究进展。方法查阅国内外近年来与砷暴露社会效应相关的网站、书籍及学术研究,并对所获资料进行汇总、分析和综述。结果目前为止,已发现砷暴露引起的社会效应包括:个体的经济困难、个人及家庭的生活质量下降、个人精神卫生问题、社会不稳定因素增加、婚姻相关问题及迷信等一系列影响。结论目前,对于砷暴露所致的社会效用研究主要集中在描述性研究上,而大型的社会流行病学调查相对较少,今后应加强这方面的工作。
Objective To summarize the research progress on the social psychological effects of arsenic exposure in the population. Methods The websites, books and academic researches related to the social effects of arsenic exposure at home and abroad in recent years were consulted, and the data obtained were summarized, analyzed and summarized. Results So far, it has been found that the social effects caused by arsenic exposure include a series of effects such as economic difficulties of individuals, declining quality of life of individuals and families, personal mental health problems, increasing social instability, marital related problems and superstitions. Conclusion At present, the research on the social utility caused by arsenic exposure mainly focuses on the descriptive research. However, the large-scale social epidemiological survey is relatively small and should be strengthened in the future.
