目的 :总结我院 1995～ 1999年应用中西医结合治疗糖尿病足 (DF)疗效。方法 :对照组应用降糖药和山莨菪碱治疗 ,治疗组应用 ,上述药加中汇川黄液 ,蜈蚣。结果 :治疗组治愈好转率达90 % ,对照组治疗好转率为 6 0 %。结论 :治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)
Objective: To summarize the curative effect of treating diabetic foot (DF) by using integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in our hospital from 1995 to 1999. Methods: The control group was treated with hypoglycemic agents and anisodamine, and the treatment group was given the above drugs plus Zhonghui Chuanxiong and centipede. Results: The healing rate of the treatment group was 90% and that of the control group was 60%. Conclusion: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01)
