随着2008年北京奥运会的成功举办与突如其来的两次大灾难,志愿者这个鲜活而具有奉献精神的集体跳跃于人们的视野之中,志愿服务开始在这片神舟大地轰轰烈烈的开展起来,在这其中,高校作为一个青年人聚集的地方成为了志愿服务的主体之一。近年来,我们发现高校志愿服务“被志愿”的情况屡见不鲜,这其中到底存在着怎样的问题?本文将应用马斯洛需要层次论这一视角探讨激励机制如何正确发挥激励作用实现“被志愿”向志愿的转型。
