随着改革开放事业的不断深入和人民生活水平的不断提高,我国的旅游业也迅速发展。水利资源具有优美的风光、宏伟的工程、独特的地理环境、良好的生态等先天的旅游优势。如何从旅游开发的思路对水利资源进行科学合理的开发利用具有重大意义,针对与此提出了几点旅游景区开发应遵循的原则。
