维修制度是使机械保修能合理正常进行的重要保证。其目的是使工程机械在使用过程中持续地处于完好的技术状态,从而以最高的劳动生产率,最低的消耗保证获得机械作业的最大经济效益,充分体现机械化施工的优越性。一、维修制度的发展1.无计划的事后维修即维修在机械发生故障或损坏后进行,所谓“坏了再修”。这是一种被动的,实际是没有制度的保修工作。结果常使机械在意想不到的地点或关键时刻发生故障,给施工带来很大困难,由于零件间正常配合(配合性质、表面质量、硬度)破坏后,就会发生急剧损坏,甚至事故。“坏了再修”不能保证零件经常处于正常的配合状态而使机械寿命大大缩短,维修费用增加。这种维修方式的经济性很差。2.有计划的事前维修
