为保证采煤机在额定功率条件下,安全、高效和可靠地进行截割,牵引部大多采用了压力反馈的液压控制和速度反馈的电功控制的液压控制系统,根据外负载的变化,自动地调整牵引速度。目前,我国已有一批各种类型液压控制的采煤机,在研制和试验中积累了不少经验。但是,如何根据采煤机的工作特点,分析、计算其液压控制系统,使采煤机在“最佳”状态下进行截割这一重要问题并未解决,本文就该问题提出看法和分析计算要点。
