目的:分析深圳市卫生人力资源发展现状,为政府部门制定卫生人力资源发展规划提供参考依据。方法:描述性统计分析方法,GM(1,1)预测模型。结果:深圳市卫生人力资源存在总量不足,分布不均衡,结构不尽合理等问题。建议:制定卫生人力发展规划,提升卫生人增量配置,调整机构、区域及结构分布,培养人才和引进人才相结合,提高卫生人力资源整体素质。
Objective: To analyze the status quo of the development of human resources for health in Shenzhen and provide reference for the development of health human resources planning by government departments. Methods: Descriptive statistical analysis method, GM (1,1) prediction model. Results: The total number of health human resources in Shenzhen is not enough, the distribution is not balanced, the structure is not reasonable and so on. Suggestions: To formulate plans for the development of human resources for health, to enhance the incremental allocation of health personnel, to adjust the distribution of institutions, regions and structures, to integrate talents for training with talents for introduction, and to improve the overall quality of human resources for health.
