本文观察了维生素E对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者糖基化血红蛋白(GHb)和糖基化血浆蛋白(GPP)的影响。发现治疗8周后,低剂量组(30mg/日)患者体内GHb和GPP水平无显著变化,高剂量组(600mg/日)患者体内GHb和GPP水平则显著下降。说明一定浓度的维生素E能够抑制糖尿病患者体内非酶糖基化产物的形成,这对糖尿病慢性并发症的防治有重要意义。
This article investigates the effect of vitamin E on glycosylated hemoglobin (GHb) and glycosylated plasma proteins (GPP) in patients with type 2 diabetes. After 8 weeks of treatment, no significant changes in GHb and GPP levels were observed in the low-dose group (30 mg / day), while the levels of GHb and GPP in the high-dose group (600 mg / day) were significantly decreased. It shows that vitamin E can inhibit the formation of non-enzymatic glycosylation products in diabetic patients, which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of chronic complications of diabetes.
