建设高素质职业化的企业经营管理人员队伍是人事部门的一项重要职责,也是推动国有企业改革向纵深发展和建立现代企业制度的必然要求。但目前企业经营管理人员职业化的推进仍然是一个薄弱环节,理应引起各级职能部门的高度重视。本文作者系国家人事部政策法规司调研处的副处长,他站在一定的理论高度,对职业化理论的历史沿革、中国推进职业化改革所遇到的困境进行了深刻的剖析,并提出了相应的对策措施,有很强的现实针对性,相信有关职能部门和广大读者会从中得到有益的启示。编者希望藉此能引发广大读者进一步的思考与探讨,为推动中国企业经营管理人员职业化进程献计献策。
Building a contingent of highly qualified and professional enterprise managers is an important responsibility of the personnel department and a necessary requirement to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises to further develop and establish a modern enterprise system. However, at present, the promotion of the professionalization of business management personnel is still a weak link and should be highly regarded by functional departments at all levels. The author is the deputy director of the research department of the Policy and Regulation Department of the Ministry of Personnel. He stands at a certain theoretical height and conducts a profound analysis of the historical evolution of the professionalization theory and the predicament encountered by China in promoting the reform of the occupation. The corresponding countermeasures, there is a strong reality targeted, I believe the relevant functional departments and readers will receive helpful inspiration. The editor hopes that this can lead readers to further thinking and discussion, in order to promote the professionalization of Chinese business managers and dedication.
