本文介绍一种采用美国史普拉格电子有限公司生产的ULN—3839A单片集成电路制作的调幅两波段收音机。LUN—3839A集成电路内部具有调幅收音机的全部功能,具有变频、中放、自动增益控制(AGC)和峰值包络线检波,并有稳压电路和音频功率放大器。图1是该集成电路的功能方框图。 ULN—3839A能在较宽广的电源电压范围内工作,当电源电压低至1.8V时仍能工作,最高为10V。ULN—3839A采用16脚双列式塑料封装。当电源电压3V时,音频功率输出为50mW;当电源电压6V时,音频功率输出为350mW;电源电压为9V时,音频功率输出为650mW。因此已足够满足一般袖珍机使用要求。
This article presents an AM two-band radio made using the ULN-3839A monolithic integrated circuit produced by Sprague Electronics America. The LUN-3839A integrated circuit has all the features of an AM radio, with variable frequency, intermediate frequency, automatic gain control (AGC) and peak envelope detection, as well as a regulated circuit and audio power amplifier. Figure 1 is a functional block diagram of the integrated circuit. The ULN-3839A operates over a wide range of supply voltages and operates from supply voltages as low as 1.8V up to 10V. ULN-3839A 16-pin dual-row plastic package. When the power supply voltage is 3V, the audio power output is 50mW; when the power supply voltage is 6V, the audio power output is 350mW; when the power supply voltage is 9V, the audio power output is 650mW. So it is enough to meet the general pocket machine requirements.
