目前各行各业都在进一步认真贯彻落实十二大制定的方针政策,大力进行改革,开创新局面。公路建设是交通建设的一个组成部分,也是当前建设的重点之一,我想对如何开创公路建设新局面的问题,谈一点个人意见。
