目的:观察贯黄感冒颗粒体内、外抗甲型流感病毒的作用。方法:体外观察贯黄感冒颗粒对甲型流感病毒H1N1和H3N2致细胞病变作用的影响,体内观察其对甲型流感病毒FM1感染小鼠的保护作用。结果:贯黄感冒颗粒体外对所试两株病毒所致的细胞病变均显示抑制作用,对H1N1的IC50为1.38mg/mL,TI为5.66;对H3N2的IC50为0.69mg/mL,TI为11.31。体内实验结果显示贯黄感冒颗粒中剂量组可降低甲型流感病毒FM1感染所致小鼠的死亡率,延长平均生存时间。结论:贯黄感冒颗粒体内外均有抗甲型流感病毒的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anti-influenza A effect of Chuan Huang cold granules in vitro and in vivo. Methods: To observe the effect of Guanhuang Ganmao Granule on the cytopathic effect of Influenza A H1N1 and H3N2 in vitro and to observe its protective effect in mice infected by influenza A virus FM1 in vivo. Results: Tonglian cold granules inhibited the cytopathic effect induced by the two viruses tested in vitro. The IC50 of H1N1 was 1.38mg / mL, TI was 5.66, IC50 of H3N2 was 0.69mg / mL, TI was 11.31 . The results of in vivo experiments showed that the middle-dose Huangliangan granules could reduce the mortality of mice caused by influenza A virus FM1 infection and prolong the average survival time. Conclusion: Coix yellow cold particles have anti-influenza A virus in vivo and in vitro.
