中国档案学会在国家档案局的同意和支持下,提出申请参加中国科学技术协会。1989年1月20日中国科协三届常务理事会第10次会议讨论批准中国档案学会等五个学会参加中国科协,1989年3月16日中国科协以（89）发组字111号文件通知我会并抄送国家档案局,同意中国档案学会加入中国科协。今后中国档案学会的活动,要按照《中国科学技术协会章程》和《中国科学技术协会全国性学会组织通则》的精神进行。中国档案学会已办理了加入中国科协的组织手续,并与中国科协的有关职能部门相继建立了联系,参加了中国科协组织的有关活
China Archives Association with the approval and support of the National Archives, made an application to participate in the China Association for Science and Technology. January 20, 1989 China Association for Science and Technology Association Standing Committee 10th meeting to discuss the approval of the China Association of Archives and other five associations to participate in China Association for Science and Technology, March 16, 1989 China Association for Science and Technology to (89) Fat Group No. 111 I will inform the file and copied to the National Archives, China Archives Association agreed to join the China Association for Science and Technology. In the future, the activities of China Archives Association shall be conducted in accordance with the stipulations of “Articles of Association of China Association of Science and Technology” and “General Rules of Organization of National Association of Chinese Science and Technology Association”. China Archives Association has handled the procedures for joining the Association for Science and Technology of China and has established contacts with the relevant functional departments of China Association for Science and Technology and participated in the activities organized by China Association for Science and Technology
