施工企业工程造价管理的目标是利用科学管理方法,合理确定造价,有力控制造价,以提高施工企业的经营效果。工程造价管理工作贯穿于建设项目的全过程,为此,从工程招投标、施工及工程项目成本控制等三方面对其进行介绍,提出工程造价管理工作的完成不仅需要得到企业负责人的重视,同时也需要企业各有关部门各负其责,密切配合。
