本文介绍了柴油机企业中应用工程开展售前服务工作及其为全面质量管理服务的情况,可供企业质量管理人员参考。 1 前言所谓全面质量管理,就是企业全体职工及有关部门同心协力,把专业技术、经营管理、数理统计和思想教育结合起来,建立起产品的研究开发、生产制造、售后服务等活动全过程的质量保证体系,从而用最经济的手段,生产出用户满意的产品。我厂从引进国外的重型柴油机专利技术以来,在学习国外的先进管理经验,推广实行全面质量管理,建立质量保证体系的实践过程中,深深体会到,工厂生产的产品要做到用户满意,除了要建立起产品的研究设计、生产制造、售后服务等活动的全过程的质量保证体系外,还要建立起产品的“售前服务”的质量保证体系。这里所指的“售前服务”就是本文介绍的“产品应用工程”所作的工作。
This article describes the application of pre-sales service work in diesel engine enterprises and its overall quality management services, which can be used as a reference for enterprise quality management personnel. 1 Introduction The so-called Total Quality Management is the joint effort of all employees and related departments of the company to combine professional technology, operation management, mathematical statistics and ideological education, and establish the quality of the entire process of product research and development, manufacturing, after-sales service and other activities. Assurance system, thus using the most economical means, to produce products that users are satisfied with. Since the introduction of foreign patents for heavy-duty diesel engines, our factory has learned from overseas advanced management experience, promoted the implementation of total quality management, and established a quality assurance system. We have learned deeply that the products produced by the factory must be satisfied with the customers. In addition to establishing a quality assurance system for the entire process of research, design, manufacturing, and after-sales service of products, a quality assurance system for “pre-sales services” of products must be established. The “pre-sales service” referred to here is the work done by “product application engineering” described in this article.
