以黔南州野生美味猕猴桃为试材,通过定期测量野生美味猕猴桃果实的生长状况,并对定期采集野生美味猕猴桃果实样品进行还原性总糖和氨基酸总量的测定,对野生美味猕猴桃的果实生长发育规律进行了研究,为野生美味猕猴桃资源的保护和开发利用提供科学依据。结果表明:3组野生美味猕猴桃的果实坐果率各不相同,6—8月为野生美味猕猴桃体积的快速增长期,之后缓慢增长;干物质含量在6月中旬至10月持续增长,还原性总糖含量6—8月维持相对较低的水平,进入9月后快速增长;氨基酸含量整体呈低-高-低的变化规律。说明野生美味猕猴桃因所处的自然环境条件的不同其坐果率、果实大小等差异较大,6—8月为果实体积的快速生长期,8月16日以后随着干物质和糖等含量的增加,果实品质逐渐改善。
Taking the wild and delicious kiwifruit from Qiannan Prefecture as test material, the growth status of wild and tasty kiwifruit fruit was measured regularly. The total kiwifruit and total amino acids of wild kiwifruit fruit were collected periodically to measure the fruit growth of wild and delicious kiwi fruit. The results showed that the fruit ripening rates of wild kiwifruit were different in three groups. The volume of wild kiwifruit increased rapidly from June to August, then slowly increased. The dry matter content continued to increase from the middle of June to October, The content of sugar remained relatively low from June to August and rapidly increased after September. The content of amino acids showed low-high-low changes. The results showed that the wild and tasty kiwifruit varied greatly in fruit setting rate and fruit size due to different natural environment conditions. The fruit growth rate was high in June-August, followed by the dry matter and sugar contents after August 16 Increase, fruit quality gradually improved.
