我国食品安全管理事业起步较晚,自2009年颁布《中华人民共和国食品安全法》以来,对不同人群进行食品安全健康教育才得以大力开展。目前我国食品安全事件频发,当然也包括发生在医学生群体中的食品安全问题。医学生肩负维系人类健康事业的重大责任,其在食品安全方面的知识、态度及行为方式很容易影响到与其接触的人群,因此对医学生的食品安全教育更不容忽视。
Since China’s food safety management started relatively late, since the promulgation of the “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” in 2009, food safety and health education for different groups of people has been vigorously carried out. At present, frequent food safety incidents in our country, of course, also include food safety problems that occur in medical students groups. Medical students shoulder the great responsibility of maintaining the health of human beings. Their knowledge, attitude and behavior in food safety can easily affect the people they come into contact with. Therefore, medical education for medical students should not be neglected.
