美洛西林钠(mezlocillin sodium)为新的半合成青霉素,对革兰阴性阳性菌具有广谱抗菌作用。本实验模拟临床浓度和使用方法,对美洛西林钠与维生素C在0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍后8h内外观、pH值及紫外光谱和含量变化进行考察,为临床用药提供参考。1 仪器与药品UV-1601型紫外分光光度计(日本岛津):pHs-25型pH计(上海雷磁仪器厂);注射用美洛西林钠(山东沂蒙新华制药厂,批号97081);维生素C注射液(上海禾丰制药有限公司,批号980402);0.9%氯化钠注射液(南京小营制药厂,批号980318)。2 方法与结果2.1 供试液的配制根据临床使用浓度,先分别用0.9%氯化钠注射液配制美洛西林钠4mg/ml(A);维生素C 2mg/ml(B);美洛西林钠4mg/ml+维生素C2mg/ml(C)。2.2 测定波长的选择 分别用蒸馏水稀释A、B液至适宜浓度,在200~400nm处扫描得紫外吸收光谱.美洛西林钠λ_(max)209nm,维生素Cλ_(max)266nm。维生素C在209nm有吸收,不影响测定.放置24h后其最大吸收峰位和峰形没有变化。
Mezlocillin sodium is a new semi-synthetic penicillin with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria. This experiment simulated the clinical concentration and the method of application.
