为探讨1996年8月冷水江市某村亚急性砷中毒的流行特征,应用流行病学和生态毒理学方法对该地送行了调查.结果表明,当地冶炼厂产生的砷碱渣对环境构成污染,其中一被污染井的水砷均值高达1.23±1.41mg/L,患者尿砷值为0.92±0.96mg/L,与对照组有显著关异,而人群砷暴露时间较短.据此认为,此次亚急性砷中毒系由饮水受砷污染所致,环境与地质因素在其中亦起着重要作用。
In order to explore the epidemiological characteristics of subacute arsenic poisoning in a village in Lengshuijiang City in August 1996, the epidemiological and ecotoxicological methods were used to investigate the epidemic.
