目的:观察总结临终关怀护理对临床晚期癌症患者的作用。方法:对21例临床晚期癌症患者采取临终关怀护理措施,包括提供病房、护患沟通、心理护理、疼痛护理、人文关怀、家属工作等。结果:21例癌症患者情绪得到有效控制,能基本正确认识并面对死亡,同时也得到患者家属的积极支持,达到了预期效果。结论:对临床晚期癌症患者进行临终关怀与护理,是提高患者生存质量与安慰家属的一种有效措施,值得在临床、家庭及社会上推广。
Objective: To observe and summarize the effect of hospice care on patients with advanced clinical cancer. Methods: Hospice care measures were taken in 21 patients with advanced clinical cancer, including ward, nurse-patient communication, psychological care, pain care, humanistic care and family work. Results: Twenty-one patients with cancer were effectively controlled and their emotions were well recognized and their deaths were basically met. At the same time, they also received the active support from their families and achieved the expected results. Conclusion: Hospice care and nursing care for patients with advanced clinical cancer is an effective measure to improve the quality of life and comfort their families. It is worthy of promotion in clinic, family and society.
