主要探讨了激冷铸铁挺柱经淬火及回火热处理后的显微组织与耐磨性,并分析了影响其耐磨性的主要组织因素.结果表明:淬火热处理可以使激冷铸铁挺柱的白口层获得以马氏体为主的基体组织,从而显著提高其耐磨性,且随淬火温度的提高耐磨性先下降后又升高,低温回火对耐磨性的变化规律影响不明显.
The microstructure and wear resistance of chilled cast iron tappet after quenching and tempering heat treatment are mainly discussed. The main factors affecting the wear resistance are analyzed. The results show that the quenching heat treatment can make martensite-based matrix in the white stratum of chilled cast iron tappet to improve its wear resistance remarkably. With the increase of quenching temperature, the wear resistance firstly decreases and then increases , Low temperature tempering wear resistance changes of the law is not obvious.
