为了解决深井厚层复合顶板大断面煤层巷道支护难题,分析了丁集矿埋深约750m的煤巷自身维护特点,提出深井煤巷“高强度、高预紧力、高系统刚度”的“三高”锚杆强化控制技术,主要包括高性能锚杆强化帮角、高强锚索强化顶板及关键部位强化等技术手段,结合数值模拟研究,给出了具体的支护参数,在现场工程实践中取得非常良好的支护效果,研究结果表明,该技术在类似条件下的煤巷中具有很大的推广价值。
In order to solve the problem of supporting the roadway in the large cross section of deep thick compound roof, the author analyzed the self-maintenance characteristics of the coal roadway with a depth of about 750m in Dingji Mine, and proposed the principle of “high strength, high preload, high system rigidity” “Three high ” anchor reinforcement control technology, including high-performance anchor reinforcement gang angle, high-strength anchor roof enhancement and key parts of the strengthening of technical means, combined with numerical simulation, given the specific support parameters, The result shows that this technology has a great promotion value in the coal roadway under similar conditions.
