目的探讨手术室容易出现差错事故的环节、原因,提出相应的防范措施。方法从接送患者、器械清点、药物使用、标本管理、仪器使用、创口感染等方面找出隐患,分析原因,采取相应的防范措施。结果增加了护理人员的防范意识,保证了护理安全。结论薄弱环节的加强,护理行为的规范,法律观念的加强以及服务意识的加强,有效的防止和杜绝了差错事故的发生。
Objective To explore the links and causes of errors in the operating room and put forward corresponding preventive measures. Methods From the transfer of patients, inventory of instruments, drug use, specimen management, equipment use, wound infection and other aspects to identify hidden dangers, analyze the causes, take appropriate preventive measures. The result increased the guard awareness of nursing staff to ensure the safety of care. Conclusions The strengthening of weak links, the standardization of nursing behaviors, the strengthening of legal concepts and the enhancement of service awareness have effectively prevented and eliminated the occurrence of erroneous accidents.
