目的 :进一步了解射频消融术 (RFCA)对心肌的损伤。方法 :对 1998年 3月~ 2 0 0 0年 10月 3 6例射频消融术的心肌酶 (CK、LDH)做术前、术后动态观察 ,RFCA前一天及术后即刻、2 4小时、48小时分别测定。结果 :3 6例术后心肌酶升高 16例占 47.2 %。左侧旁道、房速、室速术后心肌酶的升高和RFCA总能量及靶点多少呈正相关 ;右侧旁道和房室结双径路术后心肌酶升高与RFCA总能量及靶点多少无相关性。结论 :RFCA的靶点位置、放电累计能量及靶点多少可决定心肌损害的程度。在RFCA过程中应力求准确定位 ,尽量减少试探性放电次数 ,最大限度减少心肌损伤
Objective: To further understand the impact of radio frequency ablation (RFCA) on myocardial injury. Methods: The preoperative and postoperative dynamic changes of myocardium enzymes (CK, LDH) in 36 cases of radiofrequency ablation from March 1998 to October 2000 were observed. One day before and immediately after RFCA, 24 hours, 48 hours were measured. Results: Thirty six cases (47.2%) had postoperative myocardial enzymes. Left ventricular bypass, atrial tachycardia and ventricular tachycardia increased myocardial enzyme and RFCA total energy and target number of positive correlation; right bypass and atrioventricular nodal pathological changes of myocardial enzyme and RFCA total energy and target No correlation between the number of points. Conclusion: The target location of RFCA, the accumulated energy of discharge and the number of target can determine the degree of myocardial damage. In the RFCA process should strive to accurately locate, minimize the number of tentative discharge, minimize myocardial damage
