“调动工作的过程”体现人的素质,甚至体现国民性。听起来有些耸人听闻,但在实际生活中,你若留心观察一下周围,或“单位不放人”,或“突然辞职”,或“跳槽带走客户”,或“遗留一堆无头绪的问题”如此等等,在调动工作过程中,不管是发生在单位(老板)还是雇员身上,上述事情屡见不鲜,抽象的讲“合作精神”,大家都可以认同,但一遇具体的人和事,不能不说各方心态都显得有那么点阴暗。自由调动工作,是雇员的权力,单位、老板无权束缚;但同样,交接好工作,为原工作单位划一个圆满的句号,也是雇员应尽的义务。 本刊将陆续刊载一些与就职、辞职、辞退、调动相关的文章和译文,倡导在市场经济中,老板与雇员应遵循的职业道德,敬业精神,职业责任感及合作精神。
