制备了不饱和聚酯(UPR)/丙烯酸酯封端聚氨酯(ATPU)/改性蒙脱土(OMMT)复合材料,研究了其结构与性能。结果表明,ATPU/OMMT杂化物的比例与用量对UPR/ATPU/OMMT复合材料的结构与性能有很大的影响。当ATPU用量为15份、OMMT用量为2份时,复合材料的综合性能最佳。ATPU/OMMT杂化物对UPR具有增韧增强的协同效应。
Unsaturated polyester (UPR) / acrylate-terminated polyurethane (ATPU) / modified montmorillonite (OMMT) composites were prepared and their structures and properties were studied. The results showed that the ratio and amount of ATPU / OMMT hybrids greatly influenced the structure and properties of UPR / ATPU / OMMT composites. When the dosage of ATPU is 15 parts and the dosage of OMMT is 2 parts, the composite material has the best comprehensive performance. ATPU / OMMT hybrids have a toughening synergistic effect on UPR.
