Herbert Spencer was a famous British philosopher, sociologist and educator a century ago. He is regarded as the educator who has the greatest influence on the parents and teachers in Europe and the United States and cultivates the most outstanding talents. His thoughts on family education have greatly changed the Anglo-American families at the end of the 19th century. Spencer has successively obtained the titles of 11 countries 32 academic groups and prestigious universities honorary title.
