据日本厚生省1983年11月4日发表的1982年医师数调查结果,全国申报的医师数为167,952人,比1981年增加5,070人。每十万人口中有医师147.5人。如果包括未申报的,全国医师数约为176,000人,每十万人口中有医师149人。据推算,如不采取控制措施,1990年全国医师数将达221,000人,每十万人口中有180名医师,2000年全国将有医师269,000人,每十万人口中有210名医师。
According to the 1982 survey of the number of physicians issued by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan on November 4, 1983, the number of physicians reported nationwide was 167,952, an increase of 5,070 from 1981. There are 147.5 physicians per 100,000 population. If undeclared, the number of physicians in the country is approximately 176,000, and there are 149 physicians per 100,000 population. According to calculations, if no control measures are taken, the number of doctors in the country will reach 221,000 in 1990, with 180 doctors per 100,000 people. In 2000, there will be 269,000 doctors and 210 doctors per 100,000 people.
