小儿生长发育迅速,需铁量较多,在婴幼儿的一般食物中,含吸收率高的铁又很少,因此易罹患缺铁性贫血.近年来,国内外对食品中添加铁剂及提高铁的吸收利用方面做了许多研究,国内一些地区还研制出各种含铁强化食品.为了探讨这类食品对防治小儿贫血的效果,中国医科大学与沈阳市食品研究所及儿童食品厂联合研制了补血奶糖、补血奶豆两种含铁强化食品,并给血红蛋白值低于13克%的131名儿童试服.
Rapid growth and development of children, need more iron, in general food for infants and young children, with high absorption rate of iron and very few, so easy to suffer from iron deficiency anemia .In recent years, the domestic and international food to add iron and improve Iron absorption and utilization of a lot of research done, some regions also developed a variety of iron-fortified foods.In order to explore the effect of such foods on the prevention and treatment of anemia in children, China Medical University and Shenyang Institute of Food and children’s food jointly developed A blood enrichment of toffee, blood fortified milk two iron-fortified foods, and hemoglobin value of less than 13 grams of 131 children’s clothing.
