根据新疆的煤炭市场形势,结合国家政策,分析了新形势下新疆煤炭企业脱困对策,从煤矿安全生产、科技创新、成本管控、煤炭绿色开发与生态矿山建设、人才管理、干部能力作风建设等方面,提出了新形势下煤炭企业可持续发展的建议和做法,以实现煤炭企业脱困、健康可持续发展。
According to the situation of coal market in Xinjiang and the national policies, this paper analyzes the countermeasures of Xinjiang’s coal enterprises to take shelter from difficulties in the new situation.
