研究精制蝮蛇抗栓酶对缺血-再灌注大白鼠脑皮质神经元胞浆内C-fos基因表达的影响。结果发现正常组脑皮质神经元细胞胞浆内C-fos基因表达染色(-);缺血空白对照组C-fos基因染色(+),而蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗组(-);再灌注空白对照组C-fos基因表达(++),而蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗组(±)。提示缺血-再灌注后脑皮质神经元胞浆内C-fos基因表达增强。而蝮蛇抗栓酶对其有抑制作用。
To study the effect of purified viperfish antithrombin on C-fos gene expression in cerebral cortex neurons of ischemia-reperfusion rats. The results showed that C-fos gene expression in cytoplasm of normal cerebral cortex neurons was stained (-), while C-fos gene of ischemic blank control group was stained (+), while viper’s antithrombotic treatment group (-); C-fos gene expression in the blank control group (++), and viper antithrombotic treatment group (±). It is suggested that C-fos gene expression in cerebral cortex neurons increased after ischemia-reperfusion. And viper antithrombin inhibit it.
