教师、幼儿和教学内容是构成教学过程的三个基本要素。教学过程也同其他事物发展过程一样,存在着许多矛盾。其中,教师的教与幼儿的学之间的矛盾是教学过程的主要矛盾,这一矛盾贯穿教学过程的始终,并支配着其他矛盾的存在和发展。在这一主要矛盾中,教师的教是矛盾的主要方面,支配着幼儿的学,教师毫无疑问的在教学中起着主导作用。课堂教学作为教学活动的主要形式,它是形成教学质量、达成教育目标的主要途径。那么在课堂教学中,教师的主导作用如何体现呢?实践证明,教师的主导作用可以通过教师有效的调控来实现。
Teachers, children and teaching content constitute the three basic elements of the teaching process. The process of teaching is just as much about the development of other things as there are many contradictions. Among them, the contradiction between the teaching of teachers and the learning of young children is the main contradiction in the teaching process.
