CT尿路造影( CTU)广泛应用于临床,但CTU扫描辐射剂量较高。在保证图像质量的前提下最大程度地减低辐射剂量是目前普遍关注的问题。 CTU检查一般需多时相重复扫描,与人体其他扫描部位相比,患者接受的辐射量将成倍增加,所以有必要采用低剂量扫描方式。降低 CTU 辐射剂量的方法多种多样,该文对CTU不同降低辐射剂量方法的研究进展予以综述。“,”Computed tomography urography(CTU) has been widely used in clinical practice,but the radiation dose of CTU is high.With the premise of the image quality, minimization of radiation dose is the main public concerned issue.CTU scan generally requires multiple-phase contrast enhancement, compared with other parts of body,radiation dose is fold-increased,therefore,low-dose strategies are necessary.There are various methods to lower CTU radiation dose,and here reviews the research progress of different methods to reduce the radiation dose of CTU.
