以有机硅环四硅氧烷单体和封端剂为原料,通过开环聚合的方法合成了含乙烯基和含氢的硅油。改变原料的投料比,可得到具有不同分子结构的硅油。以正硅酸乙酯和含乙烯基封端剂为原料,改变原料的摩尔比,得到具有不同分子量的MQ硅树脂。采用红外和核磁的方法对不同硅油和硅树脂的化学结构进行表征,并用黏度计和凝胶渗透色谱对样品的黏度和分子量进行测试。将不同组分的硅油和硅树脂混合,通过硅氢加成反应而固化,得到的硅树脂在400nm以上具有较好的透光率(>90%),可用于大功率LED的封装。
Using organosilicon cyclotetrasiloxane monomers and capping agents as raw materials, vinyl and hydrogen-containing silicone oils were synthesized via ring-opening polymerization. Change the feed ratio of raw materials can be obtained with different molecular structure of silicone oil. Using tetraethyl orthosilicate and vinyl-containing capping agent as raw materials, the molar ratio of the raw materials was changed to obtain MQ silicones with different molecular weights. The chemical structures of different silicone oils and silicones were characterized by IR and NMR. The viscosity and molecular weight of the samples were tested by viscometer and gel permeation chromatography. The different components of the silicone oil and silicone mixed by hydrosilylation reaction and curing, the resulting silicone resin has more than 400nm light transmittance (> 90%), can be used for high-power LED package.
