目的探讨钙离子通道阻滞剂-异搏定滴眼剂对眼压及视网膜中央动脉血流的影响。方法25例健康志愿者右眼点1.25g·L(-1)异搏定滴眼剂,应用压平式眼压计及彩色多普勒超声检查仪,观察其对眼压及视网膜中央动脉血流的影响。结果局部应用1.25g·L(-1)异搏定滴眼,对心率和血压无影响,用药2h后眼压明显下降,视网膜中央动脉收缩期、舒张末期血流速度明显增加,而血管阻抗指数则明显下降。结论局部应用1.25g·L(-1)异搏定滴眼剂可降低眼内压并能改善视网膜视神经血液循环。
