大肠癌的死亡率在我国恶性肿瘤死亡中处于中高水平,在宁夏地区处于较低水平,但值得注意的是近年来有些地区有上升的趋势,如宁夏大肠癌的死亡位次由70年代的第8位肿瘤死因上升到目前(1988年)的第6位。关于大肠癌的主要危险因素尚不清楚,为此,本文采用条件 Logistic 回归分析方法对宁夏大肠腺癌的危险因素进行了探讨。
The mortality rate of colorectal cancer is at a medium to high level in the death of malignant tumors in our country, and it is at a low level in Ningxia. However, it is noteworthy that some regions have an increasing trend in recent years, such as the death of Ningxia with colorectal cancer from the 1970s. The death of 8 tumors rose to the 6th place in the current (1988). The main risk factors for colorectal cancer are still unclear. To this end, conditional Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the risk factors of colorectal adenocarcinoma in Ningxia.
