Objective To understand the impact of noise on the hearing of automobile manufacturing workers and to explore hearing protection measures and screening key protective groups. Methods According to the relevant norms and standards, 393 automobile manufacturing workers exposed to noise workers hearing impairment were investigated and analyzed, and non-exposure to noise control workers were compared. Results The average contact noise was 89.8dB (A). The detection rate of hearing impairment (ear) was 35.1% in workers, which was significantly higher than that in control group. The detection rate increased with the increase of seniority, and the detection rate of hearing loss Up to 57.1%, higher than the steady-state noise exposure group. Conclusion The detection rate of hearing loss in this population is high, and the noise hazards should take the comprehensive measures of governance, individual protection and strengthening guardianship. The debugging workers can not wear the earplugs protection due to work reasons, which is the key population of noise monitoring.
