目的研究不同紫菜粉含量的饲料的润肠通便、抑制肠道有害菌以及对粪便挥发性成分的影响。方法以小鼠为实验对象,随机分为空白组、低、高剂量3组,给予含不同紫菜粉的配合饲料30d,测小鼠体重、粪便持水量、粒数、重量、排首黑便时间、pH、大肠杆菌含量以及挥发性成分。结果在连续喂食30d后,紫菜组小鼠粪便持水量、排便粒数、重量都显著增加(P<0.05),首黑便时间缩短,其中以5%的喂食量效果较好。另外,粪便pH值随紫菜添加量的增加而升高,大肠杆菌的含量也呈浓度趋势减少,包括醇类、酚类、烃类、酮类等的挥发性臭气化合物含量下降,同样以5%的功效较好。结论动物实验表明紫菜粉中的膳食纤维具有通便、改善肠道功能和减少粪便臭味的作用。
Objective To study the laxative effect of different laver meal, inhibit the harmful bacteria in the intestine and the influence on the volatile components of the stool. Methods The mice were randomly divided into blank group, low and high dose groups. The mice were dosed with different seaweed powder for 30 days. The body weight, water holding capacity, particle number, weight, PH, E. coli content and volatile components. Results After 30 days of continuous feeding, the feces water holding capacity, the number of defecation and the weight of the seaweed group increased significantly (P <0.05), and the time of the first black feces shortened. The feeding volume of 5% was better. In addition, the excrement pH value increased with the addition of seaweed, Escherichia coli content also showed a trend of concentration decreased, including alcohols, phenols, hydrocarbons, ketones and other volatile odor compounds decreased the same 5 % Of the better. Conclusion Animal experiments show that the dietary fiber in seaweed powder has laxation, improving intestinal function and reducing stool odor.
