目的：探讨中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法：将80例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组给予西医常规治疗，观察组在此基础上配合大承气汤联合芒硝外敷

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法：将80例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组给予西医常规治疗，观察组在此基础上配合大承气汤联合芒硝外敷治疗。治疗3周后观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者总有效率为92．5％，显著高于对照组的80．0％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者临床症状消失时间、相关实验室指标恢复正常时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。
