机械化程度的不断提高,极大地提高了人们的工作效率,其中液压履带式起重机凭借起重能力强、转弯半径小、爬坡能力强等特点,被广泛应用于物料运输、起重、安装以及装卸等作业中。但当履带式起重机工作运行一段时间后,易出现不同程度的左右行走不同步故障,该故障可加速驱动轮和履带板的工作磨损,从而影响设备的正常使用。本文从液压履带式起重机实际使用入手,深入分析其左右行走不同步故障的表现和成因,并提出快速诊断和故障解决办法。
