对小麦鄂恩4号、998042 2个品种(系)施用3种不同含硒量的富硒矿粉,结果表明:①施用富硒矿粉能够提高小麦植株的含硒量,3种矿粉处理的茎、叶含硒量为0.032~0.055 mg/kg,平均0.043 8 mg/kg,比对照增加143.3%;②高含硒量富硒矿粉的效果优于低含硒量矿粉,但施用含量为1 494 mg/kg矿粉的小麦茎叶平均含硒量比含量为104 mg/kg的矿粉仅高65.81%,说明较低含量的矿粉同样具有应用价值;③不同时期的小麦含硒量不同,苗期较低、后期较高,说明硒元素在小麦中存在着一个积累过程;④不同遗传基础小麦品种(系)的聚硒效果不同,鄂恩4号小麦的富硒效果优于998042品系,两者在苗期的差别较大,灌浆期的差别较小。
