本文对阿尔金山安南坝地区晚前寒武纪的叠层石进行了较系统的研究.描述了叠层石15个群,29个型.其中新型7个,未定型9个,相似型6个.根据它们在纵向的发育特征及分布规律,该区叠层石组合相合相当于我国蓟县层型剖面的第四组合.根据叠层石组合面貌、岩石特征、沉积旋回等,将这套地层命名为安南坝群,将其分为2个岩组,从而建立了该地区的上前寒武系地层系统.其时代相当于我国蓟县纪和苏联中里菲期,绝对年龄约10-13亿年.
