为提高焊接结构质量,防止脆性断裂,本文针对市售的J507焊条冲击韧性低和不稳定的缺点,系统地研究了Ti、B微量合金元素对б_b≥50kgf/mm~2级焊缝金属却贝冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,当焊缝金属中的钛、硼含量适当时,可细化焊缝金属组织、改变铁素体形态,显著提高了焊缝金属的冲击韧性。为改造老产品,提高韧性,延长焊接结构的使用寿命,提供了新的途径。
In order to improve the quality of the welded structure and prevent brittle fracture, aiming at the disadvantage of low impact toughness and instability of commercially available J507 electrode, the effects of Ti, B microalloying elements on the weld metal of б_b≥50kgf / mm ~ Impact toughness. The results show that when the content of titanium and boron in the weld metal is suitable, the microstructure of the weld can be refined, the ferrite morphology can be changed, and the impact toughness of the weld metal can be remarkably improved.
