我院1983年6月～1998年3月手术治疗中下段直肠癌124例，其中行前切除术68例，占54．8％。68例中根治性手术64例，姑息性手术4例。远近期随访所有患者肛门括约肌功能恢复良好，无肛门失禁并发症。手术已满5年者45例，5年生存率为73．3％，现就手术治疗的体会报告如下。1临床资料 In our hospital from June 1983 to March 1998, 124 cases of middle and lower rectal cancer were treated with surgery, of which 68 cases were performed preoperative resection, accounting for 54.8%. Of the 68 cases, 64 were radical surgery and 4 were palliative. Far-nearly follow-up all patients had good recovery of anal sphincter function and no anal incontinence complications. There were 45 patients who had surgery for 5 years, and the 5-year survival rate was 73.3%. The experience of surgical treatment is reported below. 1 clinical data
