1 油菜素内酯的发现与化学性质1970年,美国 Mitchell 与 Mandava 从油菜花粉中分离出一种生理活性物质,它强烈促进菜豆第二节间的伸长生长,当时称之为油菜素(Rrassins),1979年 Grove 与 Mandava 分离提纯并确定了其立体结构,乃是一种甾醇内酯,遂命名为油菜素内酯(Brassinolide,以下简称 BR)。BR 的分子式是 C_(28)H_(48)O_6,分子量为480.68,熔点274~275℃,立体结构见图1。
1 Discovery and Chemistry of Brassinolide In 1970, Mitchell and Mandava from the United States isolated a physiologically active substance from the rape pollen which strongly stimulated the elongation of the second inbred line of bean, which was then called Rrassins ). In 1979, Grove was separated and purified from Mandava and identified its three-dimensional structure. It was a sterol lactone, named Brassinolide (BR) for short. The molecular formula of BR is C_ (28) H_ (48) O_6, the molecular weight is 480.68 and the melting point is 274 ~ 275 ℃. The structure of BR is shown in Fig.1.
