痔核是外科常见疾病之一。治疗方法繁多,有手术切除及各种中药治疗。手术治疗操作较为复杂,从术后并发症及复发率来看,不一定令人满意。中药治疗,对缺乏经验的人来说,在药品配制和使用上都不易掌握。我院自1960年以后,改用痔核基底部结扎法治疗64例,效果尚满意。本法操作较简单,病人痛苦少,术后并发症及复发率低。但因病例较少,又缺乏长期观察,仅作初步报告。(一)病例选择:结扎疗法是一种简单易行而又安全的治疗方法,故不受年老体弱的限制。一般病人都能接受治疗。但也不是对所有的痔核都适用,根据我们的体会,只适用于下述情况:1.内痔、外痔及混合痔。
Hemorrhoid is one of the common diseases in surgery. A wide range of treatments, surgical resection and various Chinese medicine treatment. Surgical treatment is more complicated operation, from postoperative complications and recurrence rate, not necessarily satisfactory. Chinese medicine treatment, for inexperienced people, in the preparation and use of drugs are not easy to grasp.
