油田化学“微工厂”项目是油服产业链中重要组成部分,有其自身专业性和相对独立性。油田化学“微工厂”一般采用EPC总承包模式管理,结合项目管理理论、实践经验和行业特点,以EPC模式为研究主线,深入分析项目启动过程中调研、设计、进度、采购、安装等关键环节可能出现的问题,分析并提出对策措施,为油服企业精细化设计、精益化采购、精准化施工,提高项目管理水平和整体竞争力提供指导和帮助。
Oilfield Chemistry “Micro Factory ” project is an important component of the oil service industry chain, with its own professionalism and relative independence. Based on EPC management theory, practical experience and industry characteristics, taking EPC mode as the main line of research, the in-depth analysis on the research, design, progress, procurement, installation, etc. Key problems that may arise, analyze and propose countermeasures for the oil refinery service design, lean procurement, precision construction, improve project management and overall competitiveness to provide guidance and help.
