随着工农业生产的大跃进,教育事业也在飞跃发展,普及教育巳成了波瀾壯闊的形势。新办起来的小学中,一般都做到了小型分散,便民利民。正因为是小型分散,所以它的教学組織形式也多是單班复式,一个教室里面有兩班,三班至四班在一起上課。由于几个班在一起上課,它就有很多問題不象單式班那样容易解决。特别是本期新参加工作的教师不太熟悉这个工作。所以加强复式教学的领导和研究工作,应是各地教研室及学区教学辅导委具会的重要任务。本刊本期发表的浏阳县教育科的复式教学研究工作的计划,不论从它的要要和措施上来看都有重要意义,对各地领导和研究这一工作的同志都有一定的启发作用。为了适应目前形势的需要,为了使我们这些新办起来的举校的教学工作不断提高,希整各地教育工作者及教师同志们,都能积极的研究这一工作,搞好这一工作。这里同时发表的雨篇文章,也是供这些学校里的新教师同志们参考的。 With the great leap forward in industrial and agricultural production, education is also leaps and bounds.
